Pascal Roche, fondateur de PR Conseil, conduit depuis plus de 35 ans des opérations en Afrique du Nord et au Moyen Orient. Il est devenu un expert reconnu de ces destinations. A ce titre, il a été le correspondant des fédérations professionnelles prestigieuses tels tels la fédération des industries mécaniques, le GEP-AFTP/Evolen (l'association des fournisseurs des industries pétrolières et énergies renouvelables) pour l'Irak et le Maroc. Ingénieur et économiste de formation, Pascal Roche a d'abord eu pendant près de 25 ans des responsabilités opérationnelles au sein de groupes multinationaux en Europe et au Moyen Orient, puis il a rejoint des équipes M&A pour prendre en charge les aspects industriels de projets stratégiques et en assurer le management opérationnel. Il a créé PR Conseil en 2003 pour mettre au service de ses clients, son expérience et ses réseaux en France, en Afrique du Nord et au Moyen Orient. Il a progressivement créé dans chaque pays un réseau d'experts sectoriels et de spécialistes avec lesquels il a tissé des liens de confiance. Il a vécu en Egypte, en Algérie et au Maroc. Il est membre de la chambre de commerce Franco Arabe ( CCFA)

- Agricultural Engineer in 1977 in Iraq, Master’s degree in Soil Science in 1985 from The High National College of Agriculture (ENSAM), Languedoc University of Sciences and Techniques (UMII), Montpellier, France, and PhD. degree in Ecotoxicology and Environment in 1992 from The (UMII), France. Post Doc Fellow from 1992 to 1997 in Environmental Sciences and Ecotoxicology, Laboratory of Soil Zooecology, CEFE, CNRS, Montpellier, France.

- He had also a Certificate of University in 1984 from The (UMII), France and (3) Diploma of University in 1993, 1994 and 1995 from The University of Montpellier I, Faculty of Medicine, Montpellier, France.

- He worked as an agricultural engineer in Iraq for 15 months and as a professor of agricultural sciences in Algeria for 3 years. He worked also as a Contractual Searcher from 1987 to 1993 in the Centre d'Ecologie Fonctionnelle et Evolutive (CEFE), Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), Montpellier, France. In 1994, He worked as a Searcher R & D of ecotoxicological tests, Envirotests Company, Pau, France.
